7-day juice reset using a structured protocol designed for your body. Learn what to juice, how to juice, and why each ingredient matters. Breathwork introduced for stress reduction and nervous system balance. Focus on reducing inflammation and allowing your body to respond again.

Light movement introduced — walking and gentle activity. In-person clients begin weekly modalities including red light therapy and vibration lymphatic support. Transition from detox into structured nourishment. Energy increases and your body begins rebuilding.
